Similar to how youve responded to others, you are just aggressive and defensive, we both know you have lied and everyone can see Im not the only one to comment on your customer service, you have no moral compass, I came back as I had done nothing wrong and even your colleague agreed he hadnt been clear to me, and now unbelievably you clutch at straws and talk about toilet ettiquette again another lie to try to strengthen your false case, karma will come for you, you horrid woman.
