Excellent customer service. Fast turn around. Extremely knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain everything they intend to do with your machine and why. One employee went as far as to buy one of the games I was struggling to play to test it on his own PC at home to discover what the issues with mine could be....now that's dedication to a cause. Definitely the only place ill be going for repairs / upgrades and purchases from now on!
Excellent firm to use! Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Even if you are not technically minded the staff will find solutions to your need or problem. If you do know what you want they will work with you to find the correct solution for you. Used this firm for years - would not go elsewhere!!Used this firm again in Jan 2019.
