Would never recommend these as they damaged4 items of furniture worth total of 6k and were not bother or apologetic at all. We had there insurance which its not worth paper its written on . The insurance company are not friendly or helpful just want to get out of paying. STAY WELL CLEAR
Lunds were personally recommend by a good friend, however the service was not quite as expected. The removal crew arrived undermanned for the task so consequently removing our furniture etc took a long time and it was just as well it wasnt Completion Day!We discovered we were part of a shared load, and a collection on route from another job. In the circumstances of Lund saving considerable in terms of driver and van costs I couldnt get a reduction on the cost. Our furniture had to be sent on in advance of us traveling to our new house and our furniture was seen in by friends. Unbeknown to them there were several minor and major damages which because of the 7 day claim rule were out of time for compensation. We have moved more than 10 times and this is the first time considerable damage has been done to our property. Lucky 9 times or less than careful this time??!! We realise theres always risk but some items showed impact damage, possibly from falling items or careless handling. Regrettably we will not be recommending Lunds - value for money for nearly 3000 removal, we feel was not the case.

Possibly one of the most uncaring removers around. Firstly they managed to lose a bedside cabinet, one of a pair which is no longer available. They managed to break the top off a water feature, made a large dent on the top of an Ercol table and break off a corner to a book case. If this was not enough, I paid to have my cut glass and china professionally packed. The outcome was a cracked teapot to a Wedgewood set which unfortunately is no longer available. I did put in an insurance claim which was met apart from the teapot because I did not report it within the specified seven days. I would not recommend their services. I gave one star as they did arrive on time.
I received a random letter from this company suggesting that I may be moving house. Disgraceful way to tout for business. Would never recommend you nor use you with this kind of tactic.
