Would be 5 stars if a certain member of mechanicswasn't there.I have a mobility car with them and all the sales staff are ist. Class always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble .I'm pretty sure they know this scumbagI won't be having my next car with them.
As the other man had said. the service team are fantastic and they were calling me if there was any changes. Cleaning of the car was 6 stars as the cleaned the inside and out to perfection. It really is that good. prices were fair not high at all as they even rapid charged my car as I asked them to. Thanks Nissan for the great work. 12out of 10
The service department dealt with my vehicle recall very professionally. A girl called Katy went through everything very clearly and kept me informed of progress as day went on. I found them, happy, helpful and professional. Would recommend.
I can only say avoid this dealership. We have had a few issues which can happen and is fine but we recently found out that the salesperson lied to us about the use of an insurance we were sold by Glyn Hopkin. After weeks and weeks of contacting, the manager has said it's not their fault that they lied to our faces and that we should have double checked the paperwork to uncover their lie. WARNING if buying from these people they freely admit that you can't trust a word they say and they are unwilling to do anything about it when they are caught out. Avoid if you want to deal with trustworthy humans!
