Still confused by my experience here. The guy who served me was very rude and disrespectful when I turned down their extremely low valuation of my car. He was not happy that I had booked an appointment and said I should have just walked in (must affect his performance review or something). I sold the car for almost a grand more 30 minutes later with another company (the yellow hut at poplars garden centre). Won't bother with these guys again.
