Good facilities. Always clean. The classes are an excellent addition and are included in the fee. The spin class is great for that cardio workout
Love it, cheap membership and classes included, PT staff for extra support, womens only section for the shy members, easy to use equipment once you know how it works.
Easy access as 24 hours. I love the ladies only section which has a variety of different equipment. It's very safe as you have to use your pin code to access the gym and also the ladies only areas so it's great if you're there on your own.Loads of free classes everyday and reasonable price.
