The worst fish and chips we have ever had !!!! Chip were barley cooked my cod was old and sitting in an inch of fat un believable it has been repeating on me for hours DONOT GO TO KING COD it's repulsive really poor no care just CHURNING IT OUT . NO STARS

Excellent fish & a huge choice at reasonable prices. They also do mini fish & other items. Good for children & elderly. Recommend the pineapple fritters. Delicious.
I rang King Cod to order 2 x Large Cod plus 2 x small chips, I fore warned them I knew the trade, when they were served up infront of me , I could not have been more disappointed dry green horrible flavoured burnt chips , the fish was cooked too quick and was dry under a hard batter this is the second time I have had a meal from there that went straight into to bin, wont be a third time, shame really when they first opened looked like we were in for a treat , What Happened ???????? it that was a showcase Fish & Chip meal I do not think I would trust them to run a kerb side Burger van. Advice to the owner if you are going to offer and run a Fish & Chip Shop make sure your staff know their trade obvious this shift did not, its a specialist job being a Fish Fryer this lot was left wanting.
