Always brilliant, fast and good value service from Kingsley in Kempston. The folk there are great and I can't recommend highly enough. They've kept my Peugeot going for years, and are absolutely brilliant.
I bought a car from here a few months ago, I have just taken it to get it's first MOT and it failed spectacularly. I've been advised to scrap it as it will cost more than car is worth. The mechanic also said he doesn't know how I'm still alive as there is so much wrong with it! There is no way this has occurred in the short time I've owned it, so the garage must have know at the time of sale.
Advice given AFTER diagnostic test done and paid for that a switched-on malfunction indicator lamp would not in itself lead to the MOT being failed. Had I been given this advice at the point of booking, I would never had made the booking for the test as at that point I had the incorrect understanding that this light would mean an automatic MOT fail. The job card signed at the garage did not have details on the reason why I wanted the test, so I did not get a refund. Legally, this may mean that I am not due a refund, but this does not mean I left the garage as a satisfied customer. Ensure you check, double check the job card before signing it and that on the job card you write, for Kingsley Garage to call you to carry out any additional work that has not been agreed in advance.
just would like to say I have used Kinsley garage a few times for a service on my Audi tt and it was done very well, I sold my Audi tt to the garage I got the money I wanted with no problems with selling a car privately.Mike was great and helped me with my private plate.I will be using the garage for all my services on my new car I strongly recommend this garage 100%thanks guys 19/5/18
As usual I got great help and assistance with buying my new care from Kingsley Garage , the service never changes it's always superb. This time I dealt with Mike but Paul has sold me vehicles in the past but there is never any pressure put on me. The service department have looked after several of my previous vehicle with a great level of service. This Friendly business deserves a 5 STAR rating.
